Qualifications

• Proven experience with AI technologies, including natural language processing (NLP), machine learning models, and deep learning frameworks.
• Ability to architect and implement AI-based solutions tailored to client needs, with a focus on scalability, performance, and integration.
• Experience working in technical support roles, especially in onboarding AI solutions for clients.
• Excellent communication skills to clearly explain complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong understanding of AI infrastructure, including cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, Together.ai) and AI-as-a-Service products.
• Hands-on experience in TypeScript, Python, PostgreSQL, prompt engineering and web service architectures.
• Strong troubleshooting skills, able to debug issues in AI systems and resolve technical roadblocks efficiently.

• A solution-oriented mindset and the ability to drive projects to completion with minimal supervision.
• Client-facing experience in onboarding or support roles, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to work collaboratively with AI engineers, data scientists, and client stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Eagerness to learn about the latest AI trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve client outcomes.
• Flexibility to support global clients across different time zones as needed.
• Familiarity with API integrations, data pipelines, and AI/ML lifecycle management tools.
